What you will do
- Run quarterly planning and prioritization for the research org.
- Own the hiring funnel for research and engineering roles.
- Build partner onboarding playbooks that scale.
What we need
- Prior operations role at a research-heavy organization.
- Strong written communication and structured thinking.
- Comfortable saying no.
Nice to have
- Background in technical PM or research engineering.
- Experience scaling a small team past 50 people.
